We're committed to getting your order to you as smoothly as possible. Because many of our products are handcrafted or made to order, please review both the processing time and the shipping time below.

1. PROCESSING TIME

Processing time is the time we need to prepare, craft, or print your order before it's handed to the carrier. It varies by product type:

● Custom & Handcrafted Press-On Nails: 3 – 7 business days (each set is made by hand to your specifications).

● Ready-to-Ship Decor & Accessories: 1 – 3 business days.

● Print-on-Demand Items (apparel, accessories, art prints): 2 – 5 business days (printed individually for each order).

● Digital Products: Instant delivery via email after purchase.

● Note: Orders containing multiple product types may ship separately or follow the longest processing time in the order.

2. SHIPPING TIME (Estimated)

Once processed, estimated transit times are:

● United States: 3 – 14 business days.

● International: 7 – 20 business days (depending on destination and customs).

● Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Estimated times are not guaranteed and may vary during peak seasons.

3. SHIPPING FEE

● Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the method selected.

● Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $99.

4. ORDER TRACKING

● As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

● You can track your package via the link in your email or on our Track Your Order page.

5. INCORRECT ADDRESSES

● Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.

6. CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES

● For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
